How to find us
St John the Evangelist is situated in the centre of Brigg Market Town and is easy to find by car and on public transport.
Brigg is well signposted and is situated on the A18.
Traveling on the M180, Brigg can be found by taking Jct 4 and following the A18 signposted Brigg.
Traveling on the A46, at Caistor take the A1084 to Brigg/Scunthorpe.
There are plenty of car parks in Brigg with two hours free parking every day in every car park. Parking is free all day on Saturdays & Sundays.
If you have parked in the Angel car park, walk through the courtyard café to reach the main square. You will see the Tourist Information Centre on your right.
If you have parked in Old Courts road car park, walk though one of the alleys between shops onto the main square. You will see the Tourist Information Centre on your left.
Walk past the tourist information centre (either side is fine). If you walk down the left of the building (Wrawby Street, past more shops) you will find the entrance to our church on the right, after cooplands bakery. If you walk past the right of the tourist information centre (Bigby Street) you will find the entrance of the church on the left, opposite the Pub; The dying Gladiator.
Brigg is a busy Market Town with good public transport.
